White Owl Design guides the client through options such as flooring, tile, countertops, paint, plumbing fixtures, and other materials while considering their preferences, project requirements, and established budget.

Once selections are made, the designer helps coordinate samples, document final choices, and communicate approved selections back to the building team.

Designed to provide your clients with professional guidance without adding selection appointments and design decisions to your project management workload.

Typical Involvment: 1-3 meetings/ 4-8 hours.

Design coordination service

Dedicated design support for projects that require more than a few selection appointments.

Building on Designer-Guided Selections, this service provides your client with a consistent design resource throughout the interior selection process.

White Owl Design works alongside your building team to guide and coordinate interior decisions including flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, and other architectural finishes.

Rather than the builder or project manager managing each design-related question, the designer becomes the primary resource for the client's interior selections—helping organize decisions, coordinate samples and information, communicate approved selections, and keep the interior scope aligned with the project's budget, schedule, and construction requirements.

Your team stays focused on building. Your client receives the attention and guidance they are looking for.

Luxury home design collaboration

Comprehensive design support from the earliest stages of the project through completion.

For luxury residences and highly customized homes, White Owl Design becomes involved from the beginning of the project to help create a cohesive connection between architecture, construction, interior finishes, and furnishings.

In addition to the services included in Design Coordination, the designer may assist with interior layouts, space planning, elevations, architectural details, finish specifications, lighting design, and the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Working alongside the homeowner, builder, architect, and other project professionals, White Owl Design helps develop and carry the interior vision through the entire project.

The result is a fully considered home—and a client experience that feels supported from the first decision to the final detail.
