Design packages

The Design Packages are one-room services constructed to meet the needs of each client. The scope of the project or the project budget will help you select the package that is best for you.

Design Concept Package-- If you just need help getting started and a basic plan to follow, the Design Concept Package would be a great fit. This package includes 2 Moodboards, one of which we will finalize. 1 Basic Floor plan with general dimensions and FF&E placement. And a project shopping list with clickable links.

If you would like one-on-one discussion with the designer and would like to work through a couple of options the, Basic or Essentials Package will provide what you need.

Basic Package-- includes a 30 minute kick-off video or phone call with the designer. 1 moodboard with one revision. 1 Basic Floor plan with general dimensions and FF&E placement. And a project shopping list with clickable links.

Essestial Package-- includes a 60 minute kick-off video or phone call with the designer. 2 moodboards, one of which we will finalize. 1 Basic Floor plan with general dimensions and FF&E placement. 1 Rendering with 1 revision. And a project shopping list with clickable links.

If you know your project is going to require thourough discussion and planning, or you are a visual person and know you are going to need to see a rendering of the design concept we are discussing to make decisons, the Luxury Package is where you need to start.

Luxury Package-- includes a 90 minute kick-off video or phone call with the designer. 2 moodboards, one of which we will finalize. 1 Basic Floor plan with general dimensions and FF&E placement. 2 Renderings with 1 revision each. And a project shopping list with clickable links.

Design consultation

Sometimes you just need to get on the phone and talk to someone about your project. The design consultation can be utilized as a phone or video call. This service is quite flexible and can be used for a professional review on house plan designs (especially floor layouts) to advice on lighting in your open space kitchen and great room. Help with color schemes and balancing texture, or a great addition to any package.

Service Costs

All services are priced according to what it included in the package. If additional items are needed this can be discussed and added to the package.

Communication

Communication is essential, as this is a virtual service. Communication will be via email the majority of the time. If phone or video calls are needed in addition to what is included in the package, they will be billed at the consultation hourly rate.

Please allow 24hours for a response durring the work week. If it is a weekend or a holiday you will receive a response the following workday.

Timelines

Design timelines are determined by the package purchased, and communication between the client and designer. The Design Concept package is the quickest turn-around, as it is the most simple package. The Luxury Package is set up for more complex projects and therefore will take more time. If you have a deadline please let the designer know and we will do our best to accomodate it.
